PRESS RELEASE, September 15, 2026 (New York, NY) – Today, New Yorkers who have received executive clemency and families of incarcerated New Yorkers, along with lawmakers and a former DOCCS Sergeant, held a rally and march to demand Gov. Hochul fulfill her commitment to grant clemencies.
