<p>It has become a meme in the Super Smash Bros. community that the FGC won't let Masahiro Sakurai rest.</p> <p>But has Sakurai been giving us actual hints all along that he is truly tired of making Super Smash Bros. games? His speech at the 16th and final Game Designer Awards focused on the lack of new ideas in gaming, which is interesting coming from a man who has been making Kirby, Super Smash Bros. and Kid Icarus games since the 1990s.</p>
